Refund and Returns Policy

At Netplug Services, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your product, we accept returns and exchanges under the conditions below.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

Accepted Items: We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.

Condition: Products must be returned in new or slightly used condition.

Return Window: Items must be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery or purchase.

Return Method: You may return your item in-store or by shipping it to us.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges under the same conditions as returns.

The time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
